These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of HK.
These Terms govern your use of our store (selling auto parts and daily household supplies) and its services. By accessing or purchasing from our store, you agree to these Terms in full. If you disagree, do not use our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
1.1 We may modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use after modification constitutes acceptance. It is your responsibility to check for updates.
1.2 These Terms apply to all users. By purchasing, you confirm you are 18+ (or have guardian consent) and have legal capacity to agree.
2. Product Information and Orders
2.1 We strive for accurate product information (auto parts, daily household supplies) but do not guarantee no errors. We may correct errors without liability.
2.2 You must confirm auto parts compatibility with your vehicle before purchase; we are not liable for incorrect selections.
2.3 Placing an order is a binding offer. We may reject orders (e.g., insufficient inventory, fraud) and will refund payments if applicable.
2.4 Confirmed/paid orders cannot be canceled/modified after processing/shipping, unless we agree.
3. Payment Terms
3.1 You agree to pay the full order amount (product, shipping, taxes/duties) via our provided payment methods, which are secure.
3.2 Prices are subject to change; the order price is as displayed at checkout. No refunds for post-payment price drops.
3.3 You are responsible for all import customs duties/taxes; we bear no liability for these fees.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1 We ship to specified regions; shipping fees are displayed at checkout and subject to adjustment.
4.2 Delivery times are estimated; we are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control.
4.3 Provide accurate shipping info; we are not liable for issues caused by incorrect details.
4.4 Inspect products upon receipt; contact us within 7 days with evidence for damaged/defective items for resolution.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1 Returns are allowed only if:
- Auto parts: Unused, unmodified, in original packaging, and defective or our error (customized/used parts not eligible).
- Daily household supplies: Unused, undamaged, in original packaging, within 30 days of receipt.
5.2 Contact us for return authorization first; unauthorized returns are rejected. You bear return shipping fees unless it’s our error.
5.3 Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days to your original payment method after we verify returned items.
6. User Responsibilities
6.1 Use our services legally and honestly. Prohibited conduct includes fraud, false info, tampering, IP infringement, and unauthorized reselling.
6.2 We may suspend/terminate your access and pursue legal action for prohibited conduct; you are liable for our losses.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 All store IP (trademarks, images, designs) is ours. You may only use our platform/product info for personal, non-commercial purposes.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 We are not liable for indirect/consequential damages. Our total liability does not exceed the order amount.
8.2 For auto parts, our liability is limited to refund/replacement for defects; no liability for improper use/installation.
9. Disclaimers
9.1 Products/services are provided "as is"; no warranties. We do not endorse third-party products/services.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
10.1 These Terms are governed by our store’s registered jurisdiction laws.
10.2 Disputes are first resolved by negotiation; failing that, legal action may be taken in our jurisdiction’s courts.
