Return Policy
This Return Policy applies to all auto parts and daily household supplies sold in our store, supplementing the Returns and Refunds section above.
1. Eligibility: Auto parts are eligible for return only if unused, unmodified, in original packaging, and defective or due to our error (customized/used parts are not accepted). Daily household supplies can be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
2. Return Process: Contact our customer service to obtain return authorization and return address first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
3. Shipping & Refund: Return shipping fees are borne by you unless the return is due to our error. Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after we verify the returned items, issued to your original payment method.
4. Exceptions: We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above requirements.
